Exemplas delivers business support, information and training solutions to employers and individuals. Exemplas approached Glass to redevelop their website with key objectives being to strengthen online brand awareness and improve navigation. With a re-brand happening in parallel it was imperative to create a website which communicated Exemplas as a separate entity to Business Link. Exemplas needed a content management system for their public facing website. We needed to provide a framework that was robust and scalable enough to absorb future digital developments and also provided them functionality to manage their search engine optimisation in house.
Employing interview and workshop techniques we worked with Exemplas to understand and realise the companies online objectives. We were then able to introduce robust online digital best practice to create a strong yet flexible framework that would enable Exemplas to meet its current and future business requirements, covering activities such as publishing articles and managing work-flow.
