FreshMinds is an award-winning research and recruitment consultancy base in London. Glass was approached by FreshMinds to design and build a website that would better reflect their brand identity and build a back office system that would make the core of their business more efficient.
From start to finish the FreshMinds project was highly process led starting with an in-depth requirements and analysis phase to understand the complexities of Freshmind's business. To ensure the application development was elegant and scaleable the information architecture and technical design phases were approached strategically to offer a simple end user journey and ensure the data flow mapped to the back office systems creating a more robust and efficient workflow.
Essentially three sites in one, the design adopts 'tabbed' approach to accessing each of the sites with open and friendly imagery to communicate the people nature of the business.
